The Tower Of London

Hey! The other day my family and I went to the Tower Of London and it was the coolest place ever! Basically for those of you that don't know what the tower is it's a really cool huge old castle that was used to as a home and hide out for rich kings but also to keep important prisoners imprisoned! If you have heard of Henry V III the tower was where he kept his wife Ann Boleyn and where she was tried, and then shortly after convicted and executed!  It was where two boy princes who were supposed to become king were held, and then strangely enough never seen again! It was also a fortress where the kings would hide when under attack. So obvouisly it has a long and very bloody history! Another really cool thing about visiting the tower of London is that it is now home to all  the royal crowns including the current queen's crown! It is also home to the world's biggest white diamond! It was a really cool and an amazing experience!

The Clash

Here's the song that helped to inspire my blog's name! Hope it gives you an introduction to London, and that you enjoy it! When I hear this song it makes me think of the small cobblestone ally-ways filled with english pubs that wind through the city,double decker buses, and the monarchy that still exists today, though let's not forget tea time! Positively brilliant!

New Beginnings

Hi welcome to my blog! I've been wanting to create a blog for a while after I found out that I was moving to London! I plan to to share all the experiences that will make living in London unique, interesting, and much different from living in the suburbs of New york!I will be sharing all of the aspects of what makes London a great city, such as fashion, food,and culture. I hope also to share my traveling experiences around Europe, with pictures, videos and words!Be warned though that I am new to blogging and my blog will not be perfect in the beginning, as much as I want it to be!
